Also concerned about the special needs of our community at large, GIFTED HANDS extends its in-home care and social mobility transportation services to veterans and to developmentally disabled adults and youth, ages 12-17. Mission
GIFTED HANDS aims to measurably enhance our clients' wellness experience through skilled nursing personal care, companion care, and tele-care services in their personal residence – wherever that may be. To further elevate their level of agency and access, we also provide customized, door-to-door transportation via our Social Mobility transportation service. As advocates of wellness, our ultimate objective is to champion our clients’ desires to lead inspired and productive lives.
